Cardiac Coherence

It's a simple breathing practice, easy to set up and practice independently. It was developed by David O'Hare.

Sophrology class

Sophrology is a gentle approach combining dynamic, relaxation, breathing and visualization techniques. It brings greater awareness of our feelings and thoughts, and a general state of well-being.

 

Practised regularly, it helps to calm the mind, strengthen concentration and better manage emotions.

In an often demanding work environment, integrating sophrology enables employees to release tension and regain physical and mental balance. This practice contributes to a more serene working climate, and provides a real break for oneself during the working day.

 

Objective: To provide sophrology tools and techniques that can be used on a daily basis. Allowing a moment's pause in the day to be more dynamic and energized afterwards. 

 

Content: Weekly sophrology sessions at your company, enabling participants to learn simple, effective techniques that they can apply on a daily basis. 

 

Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour every week, during your lunch break or in the evening.

On-site individual sophrology sessions offer personalized support for each employee, directly within your company. As a sophrologist, I travel to meet each person face-to-face, in order to respond specifically to their needs.

Each session is entirely personalized, allowing each employee to explore at their own pace the tools that will help them improve their well-being at work.

 

Objective : The aim of one-to-one sessions is to offer employees a space to relax and refocus, enabling them to better manage stress, improve their general well-being, and regain emotional balance.
