Sophrology is a gentle approach combining dynamic, relaxation, breathing and visualization techniques. It brings greater awareness of our feelings and thoughts, and a general state of well-being.
Practised regularly, it helps to calm the mind, strengthen concentration and better manage emotions.
In an often demanding work environment, integrating sophrology enables employees to release tension and regain physical and mental balance. This practice contributes to a more serene working climate, and provides a real break for oneself during the working day.
Objective: To provide sophrology tools and techniques that can be used on a daily basis. Allowing a moment's pause in the day to be more dynamic and energized afterwards.
