Sophrology to manage your stress

Together, we'll talk about why we meet, so that together we can define your objective: to sleep better, to stop feeling so irritable, to have concrete tools when you feel a rush of stress coming on... 


Sitting or standing, to the sound of my voice, you'll achieve a level of alertness somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, in which you leave more room for your body and the possibility for your mind to take a break. With Sophrology and cardiac coherence, I give you the tools you need:

  • Dynamic, to relieve tensions

  • Breathing, to be more in touch with your body,

  • Full awareness to be more in the present moment, and develop your optimism,

 Each session consists of a time of discussion, a recorded practice, followed by a further discussion of your feelings during the practice. 


My aim is to give you all the tools you need to achieve your goal and be autonomous afterwards.


Adults : 1H - 60 euros

Student or unemployed : 1H - 50 euros 

Pack 5 sessions "stress management" : 275 euros

Children up to 14 : 45 Min - 45 euros
